incede Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is in need of a skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting and documenting business requirements, preparing detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and ensuring the effective development of a software application customised for a Banking & Financial Services Organisations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Financial sector, a strong background in software development processes, and the ability to translate business requirements to the technical team for engineering appropriate software solutions.
Experience: 5+ years as Business Analyst
Requirement Elicitation: Work closely with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyse business processes, requirements, and objectives for the Banking & Financial software application.
SRS Preparation: Create detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) that outline functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Domain Expertise: Utilize your expertise in the Banking & Financial sector to offer insights and ensure that the software application adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication and understanding of requirements.
Process Modelling: Develop process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other visual representations of business processes to enhance the understanding of system requirements.
Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between existing processes and the proposed solution, and suggest strategies to address these gaps.
Documentation & Reporting: Generate detailed documentation and reports for project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance Support: Work closely with the QA team to develop test cases and ensure that the developed software aligns with the specified requirements.
Project Management Support: Support project planning, timelines, and resource allocation for business analysis activities.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Oversee and coordinate UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
Preferred Exposure in: Agile, Scrum, and DevOps best practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CBAP, PMP, etc.) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the NBFC or financial services domain.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in requirement gathering tools, process modelling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Banking & Financial operations, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform detailed analysis and make informed recommendations.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and requirement analysis.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
