We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will guide a team in creating a innovative software application, utilizing Java Spring Boot for back-end development and React Bootstrap for front-end development. This role demands a combination of technical proficiency and leadership skills to drive project success and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

Experience: 5+ years as Team Lead or Senior Developer

Key Responsibility Area

Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of our software application.
Utilize Java Spring Boot for back-end services and React Bootstrap for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure that all development processes adhere to best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous learning and development.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role in software development.
Expertise in Java Spring Boot for back-end development and React Bootstrap for front-end development.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Exposure to software quality & assurance
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java Spring Boot and React Bootstrap. Proven experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Previous experience leading development teams and managing projects.
